Who are we?
We are an independent family run campsite.
The campsite was created in 1998 ranked 2 stars with 25 pitches. It is now a 5 stars campsite of 250 pitches.
From July 21, 2021, the SANITARY PASS must be presented on your arrival at the campsite.
This is valid for anyone aged 18 and over.
Only one presentation will be required upon arrival. It will be valid for the entire duration of your stay at the campsite and for all campsite services.
No entry will be allowed without the HEALTH PASS and no refund will be made.
We strongly advise you to take the necessary steps.
What is the “sanitary pass”?
The “health pass” consists of the digital (via the TousAntiCovid application) or paper presentation of health proof.
What proofs are accepted?
I / Vaccination, provided that people have a complete vaccination schedule and the time required after the final injection, namely:
7 days after the 2nd injection for double injection vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
4 weeks after injection for vaccines with a single injection (Johnson & Johnson from Janssen);
7 days after the injection for vaccines in people with a history of Covid (1 single injection).
Since May 27, all people vaccinated, including those who were vaccinated before May 3, can retrieve their vaccination certificate from the Health Insurance "patient portal". In addition, any healthcare professional can find a vaccination certificate and print it if someone requests it.

Once your vaccination certificate is in hand, simply scan the QR Code on the right to import and store it locally, in your phone, with TousAntiCovid Carnet.
II / Proof of a negative test of less than 48 hours.
All RT-PCR and antigenic tests generate proof as soon as the result is entered by the healthcare professional in SI-DEP, which can be printed live and which is also made available to the patient via an email and an SMS to go to the retrieve from the SI-DEP portal.

On TousAntiCovid, the importation of the evidence into the application will be in the hands of the patient. He can import his proof:
from the document in paper or PDF format issued from SI-DEP and which accompanies the test result, by scanning the QR Code located on the document;
by clicking on the link in the SI-DEP portal, which allows the test result to be imported directly into TousAntiCovid Carnet.
The deadlines in force for the validity of the tests (48h or 72h depending on the case) are strict when entering the site of the event or when boarding (no flexibility for 2 or 3 days).
III / The result of a positive RT-PCR or antigen test attesting to the recovery from Covid-19, dating at least 11 days and less than 6 months:
Positive tests (RT-PCR or antigens) longer than 11 days and less than 6 months indicate a limited risk of re-infection with Covid-19.
The process for retrieving proof of positive testing is the same as for negative testing via SI-DEP (see above).
Will I be safe at Camping du Haras?
You will be safer with us than in an Airbnb (or private) accommodation because we are professionals subject to strict regulations, and we are following strict protocols:
- We follow the protocol of our federation.
- We train our staff.
- We have a commitment to quality (campsite labelled: Camping Qualité).
- We have staff on site to intervene immediately in the event of a problem.
- Our maintenance staff use professional products and working methods.
Distancing yourself is easier in the open-air areas.
Unlike hotels or tourist residences, our campsite gives you access to large natural areas.
Our mobile homes are isolated from each other. Distancing yourself is therefore easy!
Our privileged pitches are equipped with private sanitary facilities!
Are swimming pools and slides a vector for disease?
The water in our pools and slides is chlorinated, disinfected and disinfecting. It kills viruses (and the sun's UV rays also kill viruses).
The water is (and always has been) analysed and controlled very regularly by the regional authority: ARS (Agence Régionale de la Santé).
All our pools and slides are equipped with electronic and automatic probes that regulate the injection of chlorine in the pools, paddling pools and slides.
In addition, disinfections are carried out regularly during the day.
CONCERNING THE RESERVATION
I have made a reservation and I still haven't received an email?
It is possible that the booking confirmation email has arrived in your spam folder.
If not, just contact us by phone (+33(0)184.108.40.206.06.) to have it sent again.
Do you accept VACAF vouchers?
Yes, we accept VACAF vouchers.
To benefit from them you must contact us by phone at +33(0)220.127.116.11.06. We will do our best to satisfy you and create the stay of your dreams.
Internet bookings do not validate a VACAF file.
Exclusive internet discounts cannot be combined with a VACAF file.
Is it possible to pay in multiple times without charge?
To make a reservation you must pay a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay, in one go.
However, you can pay the balance in multiple times with no extra cost! Please contact us by phone at +33(0)18.104.22.168.06 for more information.
The balance of the stay must be paid in full 30 days before the date of your arrival at the campsite.

- by credit card : for a secure and fast payment on our website www.camingvannes.com.
- by cheque : booking directly at the campsite.
- by bank transfer (depending on the date of booking): the bank details will be sent to you when you make your booking.
- by iDEAL: only for our clients living in the Netherlands.
How can I find out the total price of the stay, including participants and options?
The prices that appear on the price list are the prices of the accommodation.
To find out the total price of your stay, simply click on the price and fill in your details! This does not commit you to anything, but allows you to make an accurate quote for your holiday.
How does the cancellation guarantee work?
Cancellation of the stay
Rates for the cancellation guarantee: 3 euros/night
We advise you to subscribe to the cancellation guarantee. It must be subscirbe at the same time as booking your holiday. It allows you to obtain reimbursement of sums paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions:
By subscribing to the Cancellation Guarantee, you are guaranteed for :
-Reimbursement of the sums paid, except for the administrative fees and the Cancellation Guarantee cost.
- if you must leave the accommodation before the planned departure date, reimbursement in proportion to the time remaining in the planned rental period, excluding booking fees, cancellation guarantee cost and cleaning costs.
The guarantee applies if the hindrance concerns the client, his spouse, the persons named on the rental contract, his ascendants or descendants or those of his spouse, and is caused by one of the following causes only:
-A death, an illness not known at the time of booking the stay or an accident occurring after this booking;
-A death that may occur to the brothers, sisters, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law of the client.
-An administrative, judicial or military summons or as a juror.
-A hindrance justified by a dismissal, a job transfer for the client or his spouse or by the bankruptcy of the company of which the client is manager.
To be effective, the guarantee, in the event of illness or accident, must be justified by a medical prescription dated less than one month before the date of arrival.
To benefit from the cancellation guarantee, you must notify the campsite manager in writing of the reason for the cancellation 24 hours before the date of arrival.
You have a period of 5 days from the date of cancellation to send us proof (medical certificate, death certificate or employer's certificate) by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt.
If the cancellation guarantee has not been subscribed and in the event of cancellation of the stay before arrival, interruption of the stay or postponed arrival and whatever the cause, illness, accident or unforeseen event, the tenant will be required to pay the balance of the reservation and no reimbursement will be granted.
What is included in the prices?
Our prices include access to the aquatic center, water and electricity consumption, equipment necessary for the number of people in chalets and mobile homes, 1 vehicle per pitch and access to non-paying activities.
Please note that some shops and activities may be closed at the beginning and end of the season.
Are babies included in the accommodation capacity?
Yes, babies are included in the accommodation capacity. The number of people indicated by the accommodation must not be exceeded, for safety and insurance reasons.
How much is the booking fee?
There is a booking fee. They are 20€ for any stay.
Can we pre-reserve a stay?
If you call us (+33(0)126.96.36.199.06.), you pre-reserve your stay, it will be valid for 10 days. After 10 days, if you have not confirmed the booking, the accommodation or the pitch will no longer be reserved for you.
Please note that if you wish to book a holiday with a departure date in less than 30 days, you can no longer make pre-reservation and you will be asked to pay the full amount of the holiday. Indeed, the stays must be paid in full 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
CONCERNING THE STAY
Are animals accepted?
We accept animals in some of our accommodations and on the campsite pitches, for a daily fee per animal. This is specified in the "options" section when you make your reservation.
First and second category dogs are not allowed.
Animals must be kept on a leash and their vaccination record kept up to date may be requested at any time.
Do you have baby equipment?
Depending on availabilities, we offer you the choice of baby equipment for hire: baby chair, baby bed, baby bath.
To be chosen at the time of booking in the "option" section.
Is there a children's club?
The children's club is available free of charge in high season. It welcomes your children, subject to availability.
Are swimming shorts allowed?
For reasons of hygiene, swimming shorts are not allowed in our water park.
Nor are any other clothing items outside the following list: swimming trunks, tight-fitting swimming boxer, one-piece swimming costumes, two-piece swimming costumes, UV-resistant lycra t-shirts.
Do we need to provide a deposit?
1. Accommodation deposit :
A deposit of 560€ will be requested from you, by credit card imprint on your arrival. It will be closed at your departure, after checking the accommodation by our teams. In the event of damage (breakage, shortages, deterioration) we will retain the sums necessary for repair or replacement.
2. Housekeeping/final cleaning deposit:
The accommodation must be left clean on your departure (floors cleaned, dishes washed and dried, blankets put away, dustbins emptied, cupboards clean, kitchens and shower rooms/wc cleaned).
NB: If you notice any anomalies in the state of your accommodation on arrival, you must inform the campsite reception immediately before you move in. Our staff will do everything possible to correct the situation as quickly as possible. Otherwise, no complaint can be taken into account during or at the end of your stay.
o If the accommodation is not returned clean, you will be charged 80 € to clean your accommodation.
o You have the possibility to buy this final cleaning service for your end of stay (information at the campsite reception).
NB: This service does not exempt you from returning the accommodation in a minimum state of cleanliness.
3. Deposit Camping pitch :
A deposit is also required for the privileged pitches (260 € per credit card print for the private sanitary facilities).
What are the arrival and departure times of the rentals?
Rentals are available from 4pm until 8pm. Departures are before 10:00 am.
Pitches are available from 2pm and must be vacated by 12pm.
Low season :
In the case of weekend stays, the rentals are available from 4 p.m. until 4 p.m. on the day of departure. Same as in season for weekly stays.
Is there WIFI on your campsites?
Wifi access is free in the “free wifi area” near the bar and reception.
It is possible to take a personal Wifi access for the whole campsite (10€ per week or 2€ per day, for one device connected at the same time).
How are the mobile homes equipped?
Each accommodation includes different equipment, do not hesitate to read in detail the descriptions of our accomodations on the site!
Is it possible to have a map of the campsite?
You will find a link to download the map at the bottom of the home page of the website.
Are the restaurant/bar/pool open in the low season?
The indoor swimming pool and the SPA are open as soon as the campsite opens. The other services are open according to the number of visitors and the season.
Is it possible to modify my booking?
Yes, of course, it is possible to change your accommodation model if there is availability.
Is it possible to book 2 mobile homes side by side?
You just have to put it in a comment of the booking and we will do our best to satisfy your request (subject to availability).
You have a problem on site!
Go to the campsite reception to report it. A campsite manager will be able to meet with you to discuss it and try to find a solution. Our teams are mobilized to make sure you enjoy good holidays, they are at your disposal.
If our staff are not informed of your problem, they will not be able to help you. Our priority is to provide you with the best service.
Is it possible to arrive after the closing time of the reception?
If your stay is paid in full, you can indeed arrive after the reception has closed. Just give us a call and we will tell you how to access to your accommodation.
Size of the pitches ?
To know the size of the pitches, we advise you to contact us directly.
When you make your reservation, you can indicate the size of your equipment.
Do you have accommodation for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have accommodation for people with reduced mobility. And the whole campsite and its facilities meet the standards for all types of disability (the campsite is the Tourism & Handicap labelled).
Is it possible to put a baby bed in the room with the double bed?
In some mobile homes it is possible to put a baby bed in the room with the double bed (related models: Océane confort, O'Hara, Pacifique and every accommodations for people with reduced mobility).
Can I bring my own television into the mobile home?
No need, they are all equipped with one (except the coco sweet).
Can I bring my own barbecue?
Yes, but electric barbecues and electric planchas are not allowed.
There are shared barbecues throughout the campsite, the grills can be requested at the bar.
Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?
One parking space is provided per accommodation. It is possible to park other vehicles near the mobile home or pitch after agreement and payment of an additional fee.
